See what’s ahead and get ready to take action.
First impressions are everything. This month, you’ll master the art of presence—eye contact, a firm handshake, and unwavering respect. The Manners Matter Challenge will have you saying “yes sir” and “yes ma’am” until it’s second nature, setting you apart in ways most men never will.
Your name is your currency. This module dives into creating a digital leadership portfolio, making connections with business leaders, and refining how you show up. You’ll take on the CEO Interview Challenge, learning exactly what top entrepreneurs look for in a young leader.
When life tests you, will you have a plan? You’ll build a home escape route, study basic survival skills, and sharpen your situational awareness. Prepared men don’t panic—they execute.
Real leaders don’t just enter a room—they own it. This month, you’ll take the Public Speaking Challenge, standing before an audience of at least 20 and delivering a speech that proves your voice matters.
Creativity isn’t just for artists—it’s a power move in business and leadership. You’ll craft a personal mastermind group, developing a think tank that helps push you forward.
Superman had Clark Kent. Batman had Bruce Wayne. You’ll craft your own Alter-Ego, the version of yourself that steps up when the stakes are high and pressure is on.
Men should know how to fix, build, and handle life’s essentials. This month is all about learning basic man-skills—from fixing a leaky pipe to changing a tire and cooking a solid meal.
Discipline and grit separate the good from the great. You’ll track your diet, take on a physical challenge, and prove to yourself that toughness isn’t just a mindset—it’s a lifestyle.
Emotions don’t control you. This month, you’ll train your mind through Operation Old-School—cutting tech, embracing silence, and learning to focus with unshakable clarity.
No more waiting—this is the month of relentless execution. You’ll take on the Paperclip Challenge, proving that resourcefulness beats resources every time.
Real freedom comes from owning your actions. You’ll step up in your community, taking on the Free Labor Challenge, giving back while sharpening your work ethic.
Every elite performer has a roadmap. This final month, you’ll go back and conquer anything left undone, sign up for a competition, and map out your next big move post-Apogee Strong.
Apogee’s goal is not to coach men on what to think, but how to think. We are growing tomorrow’s leaders by helping young men understand the power of ideals. You will complete this program as a more self-motivated young man, with the tools you need to reach your ambitions.
Discover the structure and tools that help us achieve this below.
