12

MONTH PROGRAM

See what’s ahead and get ready to take action.

Module 1: Become the Gentleman

First impressions are everything. This month, you’ll master the art of presence—eye contact, a firm handshake, and unwavering respect. The Manners Matter Challenge will have you saying “yes sir” and “yes ma’am” until it’s second nature, setting you apart in ways most men never will.

Module 2: Build Your Reputation

Your name is your currency. This module dives into creating a digital leadership portfolio, making connections with business leaders, and refining how you show up. You’ll take on the CEO Interview Challenge, learning exactly what top entrepreneurs look for in a young leader.

Module 3: Be Ready

When life tests you, will you have a plan? You’ll build a home escape route, study basic survival skills, and sharpen your situational awareness. Prepared men don’t panic—they execute.

Module 4: Command the Room

Real leaders don’t just enter a room—they own it. This month, you’ll take the Public Speaking Challenge, standing before an audience of at least 20 and delivering a speech that proves your voice matters.

Module 5: Get Creative

Creativity isn’t just for artists—it’s a power move in business and leadership. You’ll craft a personal mastermind group, developing a think tank that helps push you forward.

Module 6: The Alter-Ego Undercove

Superman had Clark Kent. Batman had Bruce Wayne. You’ll craft your own Alter-Ego, the version of yourself that steps up when the stakes are high and pressure is on.

Module 7: Manskills

Men should know how to fix, build, and handle life’s essentials. This month is all about learning basic man-skills—from fixing a leaky pipe to changing a tire and cooking a solid meal.

Module 8: Hone Your Inner Warrior

Discipline and grit separate the good from the great. You’ll track your diet, take on a physical challenge, and prove to yourself that toughness isn’t just a mindset—it’s a lifestyle.

Module 9: The Stoic Mind

Emotions don’t control you. This month, you’ll train your mind through Operation Old-School—cutting tech, embracing silence, and learning to focus with unshakable clarity.

Module 10: Get After It

No more waiting—this is the month of relentless execution. You’ll take on the Paperclip Challenge, proving that resourcefulness beats resources every time.

Module 11: Freedom = Responsibility

Real freedom comes from owning your actions. You’ll step up in your community, taking on the Free Labor Challenge, giving back while sharpening your work ethic.

Module 12: Strategize the Gameplan

Every elite performer has a roadmap. This final month, you’ll go back and conquer anything left undone, sign up for a competition, and map out your next big move post-Apogee Strong.

Our Philosophy

Apogee’s goal is not to coach men on what to think, but how to think. We are growing tomorrow’s leaders by helping young men understand the power of ideals. You will complete this program as a more self-motivated young man, with the tools you need to reach your ambitions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Through carefully thought out and tested methods, we have crafted this program to provide stability in the ever-changing landscape our young men see today. Check out the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions and enroll today!

What is the age range for this program?

The Apogee program is created for young men ages 12 - 18.

How much does the program cost?

The cost of the program is $99/mo, or pre-pay 12 months for $999 (Save $189!).

When are the classroom/instructor sessions usually hosted?

Live instruction is on Friday mornings from 9-12 PST. These will be recorded for those that cannot attend during a particular lesson.

Can you confirm the timezone for the socratic seminars and any other meetings or activities?

Pacific Standard Time zone.

Is it too late to start in the program for this year?

No! It's never too late as we have a rolling enrollment that starts each month.

Is this curriculum is an alternative to public education schooling?

This program DOES NOT replace a high school education. This is a supplemental program, like any other after school activity, and does not provide young men with a high school diploma. We will however have a reward and certificate upon program completion.

As an aspiring leader in my community how can I help further your mission?

We will need boots on the ground as we grow to physical locations. Keep in touch and follow along with our progress.

Any plans to offer this program for adult men?

Adult men can participate in our partner program: Apogee Man. apogeestrongdads.com

Is the program interactive with peers and mentors?

Yes, we provide live (video at this time) interaction, including Socratic discussions with the whole group.

Are you going to support the boys who are speaking less conservative "talking points"?

No agenda pushed. The idea is to learn to lead, and learn to think. If you have factual, non-emotional ideas that are contrary to someone else in the program, we see it as a good thing. Conversations are not meant to be vacuums, nor are they meant to be boxing matches.
